Abstract

The first idea to build a cottage at Sukasada Ujung Garden Park- Bali is a tourist area visited by many tourists from around the world, Karangasem is one of the counties located in the eastern island of Bali which has many natural and cultural tourism. Karangasem is a district that has a Cultural Heritage Tourism Places kingdom in ancient times and are still preserved until today, is a combination of Balinese and European architecture. Or the panoramic view provided was very interesting, indeed beside directly adjacent to the beach which is located on the east and hilly areas in the north-west. Transformation Design - cottage is one option I would use to generate tourism areas in Karangasem. because in this region do not have something that could make the tourists feel at home in Taman Ujung Sukasada. with the cottage, tourists can enjoy the view held by the Sukasada Ujung Garden Park everyday, if you want more time to enjoy it. Final Design - The concept used is up on local wisdom possessed by site, by combining Balinese Architecture with Europe Architecture. Use of natural materials, such as brick, natural stone, reed, brick tile, wood. Processing site to maintain the contour of the land owned by the site and manage it as possible. Provide entertainment facilities such as swimming pools and an open theater in the cottage in order to have an attraction for the visitors. Circulation path is made as possible so that the visitors feel good about this cottage. Obviously with the privacy of each cottage to support the convenience of tourists. Conclusion - To build these cottages, Karangasem have something new that can be enjoyed by the tourists and the tourism economy can generate in Karangasem.
