Abstract

This Study aims to analyze and determine The Effect of Financial Ratio which consists of liquidity ratios , profitability ratios , activity ratios , solvency ratios and the ratio of market to financial distress. Sampling conducted by using purposive sampling method . Study object using 135 Manufactured Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2009- 2013, because dependent variable is the variable of financial distress named as dummy variable. The Logistic Regression Analysis used by this study as the method of analysis. The results of this study for 5 independent variables indicate that only profitability positive has the positive effect on growth rate of financial distress of Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2009- 2013. Beside that, liquidity ratios, activity ratios , solvency ratios and the ratio of market have no effect on prediction of financial distress.
