Abstract

Based on Act No. 64 of 1958 (Statute Book No. 115 of 1958) Sunda province is broken down into small autonomous region level I Bali, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). Then, based on Law No. 69/1958 on the establishment of level II regions, the area swantara NTT Level I is divided into 12 regions, including regions swantara level II to level II TTU Kefamenanu City District as the district capital. North Central Timor is one of the districts in East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia with a total of 24 subdistricts and population according to 2011 census population of 232,051 inhabitants. Contained the largest population in the city district with a population of Kefamenanu 39 546 people or as many as 17% of the overall population and the total population in the district are at least as many as 3,782 East Noemuti people or as many as 1.6% of the overall population. BACKGROUND PROJECT: Regional Office of the Public Library of North Central Timor is the only public library that serves the needs of 232 051 inhabitants TTU district. Extents of the library building is 127.5 m2 and can only accommodate 60 visitors, while the data obtained from the number of library visitors in a day nearly 150 visitors. The buildings look even less attractive, but already sangant library strategic location. Not to mention issues such as zones and visitor circulation and library managers were mixed and pencahayaan on inadequate library building.
