Abstract

Laundry Hotelku is a line of business that is engaged in services. Laundry Hotelku is almost like laundry in general, but has a difference where this laundry also helps in providing services to hotel employees. Laundry in hotel is an important part of helping the hotel to manage dirty clothes belonging to guests staying at a hotel. With the hotel laundry, it will also improve the service quality of a hotel. Managing a hotel laundry must also be good and thorough so that guests who have entrusted their clothes to enter the laundry get satisfaction with the services provided. The development of an increasingly advanced era today, especially in the field of technology, has led to one of the hotel laundry information systems. Where with this information system can reduce the level of human error. So that it can help employees to support better work performance. To build an information system requires a design so that it is easy to use by the user later. The laundry system design will later be tested using the UEQ (User Experience Questionnaire) method with a total of 7 respondents. The UEQ method has 26 total questions, which after the calculation will result in 6 assessment categories, namely attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, accuracy, stimulation and novelty.
