Abstract

Tobelo is located at the east side of the northern peninsula of Halmahera Island. It is the largest city and is the capital city of North Halmahera regency. The city is also known as the most beautiful city in North Halmahera with a view of palm trees scattered. Beaches, small islands and under water beauty are the reasons for taking time to come to this city. Education problems in North Halmahera The uneven secondary education facilities, the low quality of education, and has not been effective and efficient management of education. Based on the above analysis, the solutions needed are development and improvement of education facilities at all level of education, especially in rural areas. The establishment and development of top schools.
