%X New Market Kaimana is planning a building design with the traditional concept of a modern market.This design emerged with the aim to be able to overcome the problems that occur in the design of the old market that has a lot of problems both from the physical building and the environment around the market. Building design that puts more emphasison the circulation and also the vegetation in the design is expected to provide a new picture of a market and also convenience for traders and visitors. The concept of building form was adopted from the shape of sea shells that are made available in accor dance with the context Kaimana district as the development to wards the beach and is also seen from the existence of site that are close to the beach. This concept form screated with the aim to provide an interesting picture of a market design so that the building can be used as a landmark for the Kaimana which also gives an overview of one of there a's image as a Kaimana district with beautiful panoramic under water. As for the cultural concept that is applied to the design of the place, builds a gazebo for visitors and traders consume betel nut.
