Needed public facilities, infrastructure, and infrastructure services to a very wide scale in order to serve the surrounding region. One of the common facilities that the current trend is the need for facilities and sports centers. The Fact, football achievements in Makassar look very advanced. Of course, this development can not be separated from the importance of the completeness of the supporting infrastructure facilities are there. In this case, the football stadium become a facility that must be considered for the progress, because the presence of the stadium became one of the attractions of football in the country. Makassar city has a football stadium, Andi Mattalatta stadium. However, Andi Mattalatta Stadium was very old and difficult to developed to accommodate the sport activities, especially football. It required a new stadium as an alternative venue sporting event than a Andi Mattalatta stadium.
