East Balikpapan area as a tourist area needs a facility to accommodate the growing number of visitors each year as a dwelling that can support and accommodate tourists visiting tourist attractions. for the future design of this resort hotel supports the government's aim to make East Balikpapan area as a tourist destination in the city of Balikpapan. Issues- Need to design a resort hotel in Balikpapan East District to accommodate the travel needs such as inhabit temporary accommodation for tourists visiting the attractions that exist in the Eastern District of Balikpapan. How to design a resort hotel in Balikpapan East District, interior and exterior design with an attractive combined with facility-support facilities so that tourists will be able to take time away visiting. PURPOSE. - Design a resort hotel that can support and accommodate the needs of tourists to stay longer when visiting the attractions that exist in Balikpapan city especially east Balikpapan.
