It was built near the international border between Belu (Indonesia) and Democratic Republic of Timor Lorosa’e (RDTL). The goal of the project was just to support the local transportations and economic activities. During the operations, the terminal didn’t go fine because of some extortions which were contained with crime acts, and the uncertainty decision to manage the terminal by local government. After all, the terminal was temporary shut by the state government of Belu for security consideration. I s s u e s - Main access, entrance and exit to the terminal was using the one and only way that being used by many vehicles to passing the border, which is so crowded. Within the terminal itself, there is no separation of circulations between the vehicles and passengers (crossing circulations), and the platforms weren’t comfortably built for passengers.
