Jayapura city has potential natural wealth of flora and fauna that can be developed into an  opportunity of development towards tourism. Papua province, especially the capital of Jayapura has lots of attractions for example Beaches Base-G, Turkish Hamadi, Turkish Skow, Turkish Holtekam, Island Debi, penangkaran Crocodile Entrop, Tugu Act, Campgrounds Waena, Taman Budaya Papua, Sentani Lake and others. Especially Turkish Hamadi is a beach that was used as a landing place allied forces and fought against Japanese troops, there are remnants of historical relics such as armored vehicles (tanks), and warships,  other than that we can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches grayish , The location can be reached by various types of vehicles within 10 minutes from the city of Jayapura. Issues:  With so many attractions in the city of Jayapura, the growth of the construction of tourist facilities in the city of Jayapura not balanced. One is the amount of accommodation for tourists both foreign and domestic wisatawan still lacking. Commencing from 2005 to 2008 the city of Jayapura has an increasing number of tourists, both foreign and domestic  have an increase. But in 2009 shrank wisatawan, this is because the number of inadequate accommodation. Rating in 2008 has a number of 16 008 people, while the number of good hotels to budget hotels only 4 star hotel has a number of rooms 2,162 in 2010. This proves that until the year 2010 lodging facilities in the city of Jayapura still can not accommodate the number of tourists who can only continue growing every year. Goal: Designing a Resort in hope can help facilitate the tourists who need lodging in the city of Jayapura. Design resort on the coast of hamadi function also to improve tourism facilities in the beach and the existing facilities in the city of Jayapura, with not leave the value of the function of the resort in general. Resort is expected also as well as accommodation and tour, can also become one of the first icon resort in Town Jayapura.
