N2  - Divorce is an event that was never planned by the husband and wife. It is a reality, which cannot be ignored by the church. Factors that cause divorce needs attention from the church. This is important things that the church does not ignore the impacts
that occur as a result of divorce. The accumulation of all issues that do not find a way out can be a cause of divorce, then change the perception of marriage. Marriage at early age, degradation of religious meaning in marriage, and domestic violence can be a cause of divorce. Divorce is happening against the background of the factors as described above has presented a result that is not simple. Divorce due to husband or wife, child, impaired self-esteem, loss of leisure time with children, and the formation of a stepfamily be a result of divorce. Thus divorce with the consequent needs attention within the framework of the church brings peace to the victims of divorce. It does not mean that the church canbe agreed with divorce. On the other side of the church to act
assistance for those experiencing divorce. Assistance actions in the framework of the adjustment is to ensure that every victim of a divorce can re-discover the meaning of life after battered by divorce.
The research method used in the writing of the dissertation is a qualitative research. Qualitative research methods to probe the factors that cause divorce and adjustment effort. Qualitative research methods were used in several ways: questionnaires,
interviews were complete study author by reading carefully, and repeatedly divorce cases. Analyzing personal experience of divorce and the issues around divorce through a questionnaire. The entire results of a review of the research shows that divorce with all its consequences require a positive response. Spouses and children who are victims of divorce should receive assistance that will strengthen them in the adjustment period. The results showed that the necessary actions to convince the church of divorce that a new future must be received by the foundation in the present. The whole action is this church that would give certainty to every husband and wife that divorce is happening does not change the attitude of the church in mentoring. Assistance church conducted within the framework of adjustment does not mean the church to agree to the divorce. Church of mentoring within the framework of helping those who divorced in order to get out of the various post-divorce issues. Divorced couples who do experience relief and at the same time new problems. These problems arise as a result of divorce and can not be avoided. This is where the assistance within the framework of the adjustment can be done by the church. Starting from this reality, the church can seriously do a good preparation for those who will be blessed in their marriage.
